Thank you, Gayle!  The baskets were a big hit!  We were delayed at the
airport because the shuttle we were taking got a flat tire.  A number of
people in our group were wishing we could get something to eat, but realized
that most places would be closed .  They were delighted to be greeted by the fruit.
ALL the women in the group LOVED the chocolates (they are very similar to a kind carried by a local store), and most of the men handed their portions over to us!

They said they were 'soooooooooo  soft'.  I really liked the fact that you sent me a  picture of the bouquet - awesome  idea. As a business owner I was impressed by  the call back and the fast,  efficient service. As an aunt, I was delighted  that they turned out to be  exactly what you had promised, thus keeping my  reputation intact as the "greatest aunt in the world".  The bouquet was delivered before 2, instead of  after 4 as stipulated, so I  would perhaps check with your courier company  on that one.  However, rest assured I will certainly order  from you again.

I usually try to  look for clues on the website re quality etc.  but it is a real shot in the dark. (Similar to picking an out of town hotel  that is "downtown" and you get there to realize downtown can be a good or  a bad thing!)  Your help and "coaching" on the website re how  the process works is great.  (And you really did call within 4 hours....not  sure how you do that with the  time change everywhere but it went as  promised.)
